As enterprises further promote the transformation to intelligent manufacturing, the demand for grassroots professional and technical talents on the manufacturing side is becoming increasingly prominent. Song Yuhong, dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing College of Shunde Vocational and Technical College, on behalf of the national robotics industry industry-education integration community, analyzed the phenomenon of the ever-increasing demand for talents, indicating that the gap in skilled talents in the market is still increasing year by year. Huang Yuan, HRBP director of Midea’s hot-steel dishwasher factory (head of the group’s skilled talent school-enterprise cooperation project team), said: "In order to meet this demand, we must actively cultivate and introduce more professional and technical talents, establish close cooperative relations with higher vocational and technical colleges, and achieve effective docking of talent supply and demand."
